आज कोलकाता में एक दिल छू लेने वाली घटना सामने आई। हावड़ा ब्रिज ट्रैफिक गार्ड के OC (ऑफिसर-इन-चार्ज) इंस्पेक्टर सौविक चक्रवर्ती को सड़क किनारे एक लावारिस बैग मिला, जिसमें ₹1 लाख नकद और कई ज़रूरी दस्तावेज़ थे। जांच करने पर पता चला कि यह बैग एक विशेष रूप से सक्षम व्यक्ति (specially-abled person) का था जो गलती से बैग वहीं छोड़ आया था।
